Ink Again cartridges have been remanufactured under stringent quality control standards. Ink Again guarantees each cartridge to be free of defects in both material and workmanship.

If you are dissatisfied with the results of any of our refilled cartridges, please return the cartridge together with receipt of purchase to Ink Again, PO Box 190, Shrewsbury, MA, 01545. If an Ink Again cartridge is found to be defective, Ink Again will replace the cartridge or refund the full purchase price.

Ink Again further guarantees that under operating conditions conforming to the manufacturers’ specifications our cartridges will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or cause deterioration to your printer. Ink Again also guarantees that when used as directed, the cartridge will not void any machine warranties provided by the manufacturer. This guarantee is dependent upon the customer providing us with satisfactory evidence that the machine failure was due to a defect in Ink Again's cartridge, including a written statement on the service company's letterhead and the return of subject cartridge. Ink Again's liability shall be limited to replacement, repair, or reimbursement as provided above.

This guarantee is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
